Requests raised after this period may not be eligible for resolution.

5. Resolution Options

Based on verification and availability, Timeless Teas may offer one of the following:

Replacement of the affected product

Refund to the original payment method

Store credit for future purchases

The final resolution method will be determined by Timeless Teas.

6. Replacement Policy

Approved replacements will be dispatched within 3–5 business days after confirmation.

Replacement deliveries follow the same shipping timelines as regular orders.

No additional shipping charges will be applied for approved replacements.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

The amount will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.

Bank processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

8. Non-Eligible Cases

Resolutions will not be provided in the following situations:

Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery

Damage caused due to improper storage or misuse

Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance of tea leaves (natural product variations)

Dissatisfaction based solely on taste preference

Orders placed with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

9. Partial Resolution

If only part of an order is affected, resolution will be limited to the affected item(s) only.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.

10. Final Authority

Timeless Teas reserves the right to make the final decision regarding all resolution requests.
